Intego, the company that specialises in internet security products for the Mac, has announced that it will be working with ContentWatch to produce a Mac version of the popular Net Nanny program.
Net Nanny is one of the most well-known parental-control programs available for the PC, and this will be the first time that it has been available for the Mac as well. The program allows parents to prevent their children looking at unsuitable websites, and can monitor chat sessions to detect offensive language.
The program costs around $40 (20), and a 14-day trial version will be available from the Net Nanny website.
