Apple Premium Reseller MCC Group has come out top in a national customer satisfaction survey carried out by Apple.
The survey, conducted by Apple’s Customer Services Department, aims to maintain outstanding standards of service across its extensive national network of Apple Premium Resellers.
MCC Group beat off competition from across the country with MCC’s Service Centre in Manchester achieving 100 per cent customer satisfaction in the survey, winning the prestigious Customer Service Award from Apple.
For over 20 years MCC Group has remained one of the most successful Apple dealerships in the UK focusing on sales, training, technical support and maintenance to provide the complete computing solution to suite all areas covering consumers, prosumers, education and SMB (Small and Medium Business) markets.

Apple interviewed customers from all four MCC store locations in Liverpool, Warrington, Chester and Stoke-on-Trent, who have used MCC’s Service Centre. Customers were asked to rate levels of service based on turnaround time, communication and quality of repair.
